A Point of Clarification (RWHT)

Summary

As of mid-August 2012, Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals Trust will officially become known as The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. This change of name has been arranged to reflect the fact that the organisation is an integrated community and acute provider.

Whether the convenient – and widely used – abbreviation RWHT will from this date forward become RWNHST remains unclear. “Common usage” will probably be the final judge on this question.
