Dementia web is owned and managed by Guideposts Trust (Registered Charity Number 272619), which established a Dementia Information Service in 2003 for carers looking after someone with dementia at home, and subsequently launched this web-based information in 2005.
Dementia web is a collaborative project operated in conjunction with the Oxfordshire Dementia Forum. Members of the forum are Alzheimer’s Society, Age UK (Oxfordshire), SPECAL, Young Dementia UK and Guideposts.
