Summary

Delegates at this Webinar (held on May 13th 2011) heard Professor Justine Schneider, from the University of Nottingham, explain the findings of her most recent study on the role and experience of Health Care Assistants (HCAs) in dementia wards. A key component of the discussions looked at how HCAs at the New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton are supporting a care bundle embedded into person centred nursing practice on a dementia ward.
