Summary

This report investigates the lessons to be learned from the world’s largest implementation of telehealth, namely “The Veterans Health Administration in the USA”. The report is timely given the Government’s recent announcement of positive results from the “Whole System Demonstrator” programme and the launch of the “3 Million Lives Programme“,

This 2020health White Paper develops themes first presented in 2020health’s 2010 report “HealthCare without walls: a framework for delivering telehealth at scale”. It outlines how best to address telehealth at scale and deliver potential benefits.
