Specialist Services: Guide for Commissioners (NAVCA)

Summary

Voice4Change England and NAVCA have produced a joint report about specialist service provision as a means of delivering more equitable and more efficient public services. Specialist services are designed and delivered for the users and communities which they serve.

This guide focuses on black and minority ethnic (BME) voluntary and community organisations (VCOs). It  outlines how specialist services can deliver a holistic approach suited to the complex and multiple needs of a group of individuals.
