The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement have updated their online “Engagement Cycle” resource for commissioners who need understand how to engage patients, carers and the public in decisions about local health services.

This resource has been refreshed to reflect the new NHS landscape, and to better support clinical commissioning groups in developing and delivering their engagement strategies and plans. It still offers the structured framework, discussed previously, with online access to information, resources and case studies suitable for each stage of the commissioning cycle.

This information portal covers a wide variety of innovative projects and case studies: for example, readers are invited to click here to view their “take” on dementia-related issues and developments.
