Summary
A new vision for nursing, midwifery and care-giving proposes placing greater emphasis on the importance of compassionate care and seeks feedback on how such values can be developed in health and social care. The vision seeks to understand:
- How to recruit with the values in mind?
- How to promote better public health?
- How to ensure nurses have courage to stand up and complain?
- How to enable care-givers to use new technologies where people want them and improve how they communicate?
