Citizen-Led Change in Public Services (Groundswell Partnership)

Summary

This document describes the process of working together for change. It places an emphasis on coming-up with solutions, robust action plans and the identification and measurement of outcomes.

A “step by step” method has been designed for use by local authorities, social care providers and specific services, with a view to improving commissioning and service provision.
