Right Care (Invitation Letter): Creating Dementia-Friendly Hospitals (Dementia Action Alliance)


The Dementia Action Alliance (DAA), in partnership with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement has distributed this letter inviting leaders of NHS acute trusts to sign up to “The Right Care: a call to action to improve the experience of people with dementia receiving hospital care”.
