The Role of the Outcomes Frameworks in Improving Health and Care (Department of Health)

Summary

This report explains how the three outcomes frameworks (the Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework, the NHS Outcomes Framework and the Public Health Outcomes Framework) are intended to work together. The three frameworks are aligned by virtue of shared and complementary indicators.
