Summary

This systematic review of the effectiveness of multidisciplinary team rehabilitation for different health problems found that improved functioning tends to be an outcome of multidisciplinary rehabilitation team care. Multidisciplinary rehabilitation team care is concluded to improve rehabilitation interventions (regardless of specific conditions treated).
