Difficult Conversations in Dementia (Dementia, Department of Health)

A “Ten Step Toolkit for Clinicians Involved in End of Life Discussions” has been published, which offers guidance for people dealing with dementia patients and their families. This handbook, written by Clive Lewis OBE DL, is based on the principles from his “Difficult conversations: 10 steps to becoming a tackler not a dodger”.

Note: This book is not free, but a sample chapter is available for inspection online. The book may be purchased for £12.99 (including postage and packing) from Globis Mediation Group. An overview, with sample audio clips, is available.
