Carers Support Group for Carers of People with Dementia (Guest Post: Gemma Hammond)

The New Cross Dementia Carers Support Group takes place on the first Thursday of every month at the Wolverhampton Medical Institute (WMI) [Building 11] between 6:00pm – 7:00pm.

It provides a forum for relatives, carers and staff to speak to other carers and health care professionals on any issues affecting them with regards to dementia care.

Free refreshments are provided. Information is supplied on services available in the community which offer practical and emotional support.

For further information, please contact Gemma Hammond on 01902 307999 ext 8454, or by email at gemmahammond@nhs.net.
