Online Training for Stroke Care Teams and a Patient Information Brochure (Wessex HIEC / University of Central Lancashire)

Summary

Wessex HIEC (Southampton University and the Wessex Stroke Forum Clinical Leads Group for ESD) and local networks have developed a resource to assist earlier hospital discharge for stroke care patients with the support of community-based teams.

This online training package for staff involved in stroke care was created by the University of Central Lancashire in collaboration with Wessex HIEC.

The Wessex Stroke Forum Clinical Leads Group for ESD has released a patient information brochure for patients and their families / carers.
