Making It Real (Think Local Act Personal)

Summary

Making it Real encourages organisations involved in the provision (and commissioning) of social care services to get real about improving people’s lives. Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) reached the first anniversary of their Making it Real programme this month with the release of three practical tools:

The three main documents are:

  1. Making it Real for Carers.
  2. Making it Real for People with Dementia, (see also).
  3. Whose Shoes?®
