NHS Confederation Member Survey 2013 (Picker Institute Europe / NHS Confederation)

Summary

Results from a survey of NHS Confederation members, prior to last week’s NHS Confederation’s Annual Conference, revealed continuing concern about financial pressures, lack of progress towards integrated care, increasing demand for services and the resulting pressures.

There is broad consensus regarding the need for culture change in the health service, and on the need to re-build public confidence following the Francis Inquiry Report.
