Summary
The King’s Fund and the Nuffield Trust have been working jointly to assess the implementation and role of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). The first of a series of reports examines the development of CCGs up to March 2013; i.e. just before CCGs went live. This document also includes a discussion on the opportunities and challenges to come.
