Sexualities and Dementia Education Resource (Dementia Training Study Centres)

The Dementia Training Study Centres (created by the Australian Government in 2006) has produced an online resource designed to help health professionals understand and develop acceptable approaches to sexual matters and the need for intimacy on the part of people living with dementia.

Access to this resource is free, upon completion of a quick registration form.

In addition to the main “Sexualities and Dementia Education Resource for Health Professionals” document there is a “Sexualities and Dementia Facilitators’ Guide”.
