Lewy Body Dementia Symptoms Checklists (LBDA)

Summary

Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) is often misdiagnosed. To assist with diagnosis, the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA) has developed a tool to help patients, caregivers and healthcare providers when assessing symptoms.
