Survey of the Queensland Healthcare Workers’ Attitudes Towards Dementia Care and Training (BMC Geriatrics)


This article discusses a survey exploring the relationships between staff attitudes towards dementia, self-confidence in caring for people with dementia, and dementia education and training in Queensland during 2012. The results reflect the importance of self-confidence and dementia education in promoting positive attitude, positive culture and quality care for people with dementia.
