UK Patients’ Association: New President to Improve Care Standards (BBC News)


Robert Francis, the man who authored the public inquiry into the Stafford Hospital scandal (the Francis Inquiry Report), has been appointed as the president of the Patients Association. He has vowed to do all he can to rid the NHS of bad care.
