Over 190,000 staff from companies including Marks & Spencer, Argos, Homebase, Lloyds Bank and Lloyds Pharmacy will attend training sessions to become Dementia Friends. The idea is to be able to better understand the needs of customers with dementia and thereby offer improved support.
