Summary

The NHS Choice Framework explains patients’ rights to choice about their health care, how to access information to help making choices, and how to complain if not offered any choice.

The Choice Framework is to be updated annually. The 2014/15 edition reflects wider choice in general practice, mental health and personal health budgets.
