Animal Studies Failing to Yield Dementia Research Breakthroughs? (BBC News / Drug Discovery Today)


Animal rights groups, and some researchers, have voiced the view that animal models for Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurological / biotechnology research may be misguided and outdated. A more human-based approach could be more productive and relevant, it has been asserted.
