Summary
To mark Dementia Awareness Week, the Housing Learning and Improvement Network have published a new “Making a start” report (and Resource Pack) designed to provide information and assistance for housing providers. These resources aim to equip the housing workforce with the knowledge and skills to meet the needs of people with dementia.
“The work is targeted at general needs housing providers but is also likely to be useful to specialist and private sector providers, as well as training organisations”.
