Association Between Cynicism and Dementia (BBC News / Neurology)

Summary

Researchers at the University of Eastern Finland have discovered some evidence that people’s world view, attitude to life and personality may have an impact on their mental / physical health; specifically their risk of developing dementia. This small study indicates that people with high levels of cynicism and distrust may be twice as likely to develop dementia.
