Baseline Assessment Tool on Dementia (NICE)

Summary

An Excel spreadsheet (the “Baseline assessment tool on Dementia”) has been released by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) to help organisations identify how well they comply with practice recommended in NICE guidance. It is intended to help plan and commission services to meet the various recommendations.
