Human Brain Project (HBP): New Paradigm or New Confusion? (BBC News)

Summary

Senior neuroscientists have released an open letter to the EC which is critical about the European Human Brain Project (HBP). Critics assert that this project, aimed at attempting to simulate the human brain, has drifted off-course. They are demanding a transparent and independent review. They believe the HBP is “not a well conceived or implemented project”.
