Summary
NHS Improving Quality (NHS IQ) has released a paper analysing a Kent “whole population” dataset, which links whole population demographics with activity and cost data from acute, community, mental health and social care providers. The data / analyses are intended to help commissioners understand the impact of different selection methods for people with complex health and social care needs. This data has relevance to the development of a LTC year of care currency.
