Getting Ready for Ageing Manifesto (Ready for Ageing Alliance)

Summary

The Ready for Ageing Alliance has released a manifesto on ageing and demographic change, entitled “Getting Ready for Ageing”. Their report presents ideas for policy makers on coping with the challenges of an ageing society, while also offering individuals with an eleven point “prescription” of issues to consider well in advance.

The Ready for Ageing Alliance is a coalition of independent organisations in England with an interest in the needs of older people.
