Summary
GPs are able to bid for a share of £100m access fund, in the second wave of the Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund available for improving patient access to GP services. The aim is to incentivise GP practices into opening for longer hours, for example “eight to eight on weekdays and at weekends”. Details of how to apply are supplied.
