Care Quality Commission and Age UK Collaboration Explores Patient Experience of Care (CQC)

Summary

The Care Quality Commission has entered into a six-month partnership with Age UK in an effort to discover, and act upon, older people’s experiences of care. This work may also help to identify examples of best practice.
