NHS England and the National Council for Palliative Care have produced the Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care hub / website. This aims to become the “one stop shop” for discovering information resources relating to the “Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care: a national framework for local action 2015-2020” report / movement.
