David Cameron on Need for Increasing Dementia Research Funding (BBC News)


David Cameron, the former Prime Minister, has taken-up the role of President of Alzheimer’s Research UK (in addition to working for the National Citizen Service).

He has proposed / re-stated the importance of greater levels of funding for dementia research, and (unsurprisingly) is in favour of encouraging better dementia awareness generally, with more of a focus on prevention.
