NHS England’s Sustainable Improvement Team has released an updated version of the “NHS Change Model”, which last appeared in 2012. The model provides a framework intended to help guide NHS projects aiming to achieve transformational and sustainable change. The re-vamped model comes with supporting tools plus action planning and “key questions” templates.
Some self-assembly required.
The main Change Model components include:
- Our shared purpose.
- Spread and adoption.
- Improvement tools.
- Project and performance management.
- System drivers.
- Motivate and mobilise.
- Leadership by all.
