Summary

The Hospital Frailty Risk Score is a risk score designed for the identification of older people at risk of harm or adverse outcomes in hospitals. It is based on standard diagnostic codes from the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, Tenth Edition (ICD-10).
