User Feedback on Digital Platform for People With Dementia and Their Carers (JMIR Formative Research)

Summary

CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD is Web-based platform, still a work-in-progress, developed with a view to:

  1. Improving the quality of life for persons living with dementia.
  2. Reducing carer burden.
  3. Reducing the costs for care.
  4. Reducing the administrative burden for health and social care staff.

The following paper summarises work to evaluate the usability and usefulness of CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD platform, with a view to gaining user feedback to drive ongoing improvements for this Web-based intervention (and potentially for similar online platforms).
