This project started life as a monthly current awareness service, titled “Dementia: the Latest Evidence“.
The whole endeavour initially entailed producing regular newsletters, in printed and .pdf formats, to provide staff at the Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals Trust (RWHT) with news about recent developments, latest research and the whole range of current publications of relevance to Dementia Care.
Aim and Scope
The scope of this project has evolved and broadened-out organically to cater for additional audiences and a broader – more “generic” – subject scope:
- It may be of interest to persons other than medical staff at the New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton.
- The subject orientation has widened out from an exclusively “publications-driven” research focus into a more general news service that might be of interest to a wider audience.

The range of persons who might find this website and blog of interest include:
- Doctors
- Nursing staff
